I consume 3-5 grams of Thai Kratom powder mixed with 3 big spoons of yoghurt and 1 tea spoon of honey (on a not too full stomach). Tastes quite ok. You will feel totally relaxed. However if you try to sleep you'll realise that you are too fit to do so (so only take it if you plan to stay up for 3-4 more hours). If you start being active the Kratom will push you and the more you do, the more energy you feel. I like it at lot.
(A tip: It really takes some time to realise the effects that this herb can have on you. Try 2-3 times and maybe higher the dose before you say that it does no effect...)
